OWN A PIECE OF HAMILTON HISTORY: THE SMOKE SHACK
OWNER FINANCING AVAILABLE!!!
The Smoke Shack has been operated by the same family for over 4 decades. Doris began working for her parents at the quaint brick smoke house on Hwy 281 in September of 1972. She inherited the business in 1994 and her and Butch continue the legacy selling Mesquite, Pit Smoked brisket, sausage and ribs with German potato salad, cole slaw and beans. Doris says, "It’s time for someone else to run this place". Possibilities are endless with plenty of room for expansion and parking on this half acre lot with 200 ft of frontage on Hwy 281 and 75 ft on Hill Street. The building is complete with griddle, smoke pit and warmer, service counter, small dining area with three booths, 1 table and an outdoor wood shed. There is a nice basement for storage or possible extra dining. The lot has a nice grassy area with trees that would make great outdoor dining, a few RV sites or small Event Hosting area.
