Josh Mehaffey is a multi-generational native and long-time resident of Hamilton County. He graduated from Hamilton High School in 1987. Josh attended Tarleton University earning a BS degree in Criminal Justice along with a BS degree in Range and Ranch Management. Josh and his wife, Cindy, were married in 1999. They have four children, Madeleine 24, Morgan 21, Cortland 19 and Mills 16. Josh has experience in all facets of ranch management, from cow calf operation to hay production, whitetail and exotics, land clearing and restoration, farm and ranch construction, mineral ownership and production. Josh acquired his Texas real estate license in 1998 and his Texas broker's license in 2000. Josh is a multi-million dollar producer and has sold numerous ranches throughout Texas with extensive buyer's agent experience and expertise, 1031 tax exchanges and all phases of property management from cow-calf operation to hay production, whitetail and exotics,land clearing and restoration, farm and ranch construction, mineral ownership and oil and gas production.
