 Location: From I-20 at Cisco, take Hwy 183 N to County Road 190, turn left and follow to ranch entrance, sign on gate.  Access is a deeded road from several different locations into the ranch.

Breckenridge is the county seat of Stephens County.  The first Hilton Hotel was built in Cisco and remains today.  Chesley Field in Cisco was named after the founder of this historic ranch.

Terrain: The topography of the ranch has elevation changes which create exciting draws and hills throughout the ranch.

Soils: The soils are extremely diverse with a range of sandy loam to sandy, a sandy clay mix to rocky shale.  In the valleys and along the seasonal creeks the soils are deep.  Numerous hilltops are a moderate depth of soil while others have more rocky shale that is shallow.

Vegetation: The diversity of the vegetation is as great as the soils!  There are Post Oaks and Elms in the more sandy soils.  Live oaks and pecans are found in the creek bottoms with the deeper soils. There are also cedar junipers, mesquite , boisdarc and a variety of other oaks and hardwoods.  The grasses are native grasses with a mix of bluestems, gramas, sideoats, bunch grasses.

Rainfall: The average annual is 27.04 inches of rainfall.

Wildlife: Whitetail deer, wild turkey, dove, feral hogs, occasional mountain lion. Variety of birds.  Currently leased for hunting.

Water: Numerous stock tanks provide some fishing opportunities and seasonal draws will have pools of water after rainfalls.

Improvements: Two sets of working pens, fenced and cross-fenced

Comments: A very scenic ranch offering privacy yet easy access to Cisco or Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants.  Easy drive into Fort Worth via I-20 (approximately 1.5 hours).  The ranch offers scenic vistas, live oak motts, and a very nice mix of hills and draws.
